The company FULLFOOT has established the Personal Data Protection Policy, as well as the Cookie Policy, which cover

all the purposes and modalities of the processing carried out in the context of the use of the Platform and its services, as

well as the means of action available to the users so that they can best exercise their rights.

The use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, which follow the

version currently available online, and which constitute the only enforceable version throughout the duration of use of the

The FullFoot mobile application (hereinafter the „Application“) is a free, comprehensive and interactive application

dedicated to soccer.

The Application is managed by FULLFOOT (hereinafter "the Editor"), a simplified joint stock company, registered in the

Vienna Trade and Companies Register under the number 882 961 295, whose contact details are as follows :

The FullFoot application is hosted by the company HEROKU Inc, whose head office is located at 1 Market Street, Suite

300, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA.

The images used by the Platform are hosted by the company AMAZON WEB SERVICES Inc, registered under the number

880 665 542, whose head office is located at 440 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, 98109 WA, USA.

The notifications used on the Platform are hosted by FIREBASE, whose head office is located at 1600 Amphitheatre

Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Access to the Application and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. As such, you agree not to use the Platform and

the information or data contained therein for commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of commercial

solicitation, in particular the sending of unsolicited emails.

You may register either directly on the Site or via Facebook, Google or Apple.

In order to be able to download and install our Application from an app store, such as Google Play Store or Apple App

Store, you must first register with the the app store provider in question in order to obtain a user account and finalize the

corresponding user agreement with them. The same applies to registration via Facebook, which requires a user account and

a user agreement with Facebook.

Not being a party to such user agreements, we have no control over this. When downloading and installing the applications,

the information required in this regard will be transferred to the respective app store.

The Editor cannot be held liable in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or functioning interruption, preventing access

to the Application or to one of its functionalities.

The equipment that you use to connect to the Application is your sole responsibility. As such, you must take all appropriate

measures to protect your equipment and your own data, in particular from viral attacks via the Internet. You are also solely

responsible for the sites and data that you consult. The Editor cannot be held responsible in the event of legal proceedings

against you :

If you access personal data while using the Platform, you must refrain from any collection, unauthorized use or act that may

violate the privacy or reputation of individuals. The Publisher declines all responsibility in this regard.

of the Editor's registered office, subject to any specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular law or regulation.
